Social Media and Its impact

The gaining prominence of social media in communications between an organization and stakeholders are shifting how campaigns are being devised, targeted and delivered. In recent years, we have seen much examples on how the internet had played a vital part in helping companies or individuals to achieve results that were unseen or unheard of in the old days. some of the campaigns have been hits and talk of the town, and others have seen less stellar days.

This blog has been set up as part of the class titled: Social Media, Objectives, Strategies and Tactics that I am currently taking in school as part of my MSc. degree and will cover my thoughts on certain issues from the period of January 19 till March 6, 2010.
